How to buy your products?

Please place order on us. We will send a proforma invoice to you. Based on that you either make a RTGS to our bank account or we can send on DD on delivery basis to you anywhere India. Goods are shipped thru reputed couriers like Blue dart all over India by us.

What is the best way to get quote from you or contact you?

The best way is to select the products you want and send us RFQ by email (preferred). We will get back to you quote in shortest possible time. Please always mention your company name, address and contact details for a prompt quote.You can also send us inquiry thru our website and we will promptly respond back to you.

Do your products require installation and training?

Most of our products (excluding a few) are simple plug in & use types, no installation is required. However some products like soldering robots, BGA rework system require installation. We can provide installation and training for such products at extra charge.

What is the warranty offered on your products?

Warranty is different for different products. Could be 6 months, 1 year for main products. Exact warranty will be communicated to you at the time of purchase. Consumable nature items carry no warranty.

How about the spare parts and consumables for the products sold by you?

We keep a large stock of various spare parts, consumables and accessories for products sold by us. These can be purchased by customer at any time after the purchase of this main equipment.

How to get the equipments serviced if after use they develop some problems?

We have offices in Bangalore, Delhi and Chandigarh. Customer can send their equipment to any of these offices and we will respond back within a fixed timeframe. We do have trained staff and required spare parts to do the servicing.

Can I buy these products locally in my city?

We have dealers and co-operation partners in many cities in India including Hyderabad, Mumbai, Nashik, Kolkatta, Indore etc. Please
