IDS150 Desoldering Station is a 150 Watt High Power for multilayer PCBs & heavy grounded joints.
- CH1, CH2 & CH3:
These channels are used to store 3 different frequently used temperatures. Stored temperatures can be recalled just by pressing respective CH button. - Password Protection:
Password is provided for supervisory control. Once the password is applied then no one can change the set parameters without entering the password. - Sleep Time Setting:
Sleep mode is prolongs the life of Heating Element and Desoldering Nozzles. It can be programmed from 01 ~ 20 minutes. 00 indicates no sleep. The system enters in sleep mode if it is not used for set time after putting on the stand. In sleep mode display shows “---” - Standby Time Setting:
Standby time can be programmed from 01 ~ 40 minutes. 00 indicated no standby. Standby timer starts once the unit enters the sleep mode. When the system is in standby mode display will shows “OFF” - Temperature Calibration:
This system has in-built calibration feature to meet ISO requirements. This is recommended every time when the heating element or nozzle is replaced.

The HAS6DW rework station is a high-powered hot air soldering and desoldering system designed for use with surface-mount components. It features a main power and control unit, a hot air pencil, a support rack, a pick-up tool, and one round hot air nozzle.
The system is capable of delivering up to 1000 watts of power and has an input supply of 230VAC at 50Hz. The temperature range of the system is between 100°C and 500°C, which is suitable for working with a variety of surface-mount components. The airflow range is between 1 and 120 litres per minute, which can be adjusted with push buttons.
One of the key features of the HAS6DW rework station is its three working channels, CH1, CH2, and CH3. The IMFS-600 is a rework/repair system designed for SMD and through-hole components. It is capable of performing three functions independently: hot air reflow, desoldering, and soldering without external compressor. The system includes a high-power hot air pencil with an in-built vacuum pick-up, a soldering pencil with a chisel tip, and a desoldering gun with a desoldering tip. The hot air pencil has a wide range of nozzles suitable for reworking large SMD ICs, and the system also includes an adjustable PCB fixture and a support rack with cleaning sponge for the desoldering gun.
With a power of 1600 watts, the system has a temperature range of 200°C to 480°C for soldering/desoldering and 100°C to 500°C for the hot air pencil. It has a maximum airflow of 120 liters/minute and a vacuum suction of 600mm Hg. The IHP400 Pre-heating Plate enhances the effectiveness of the IMFS600 Rework Systems. It provides bottom heating to the PCB under repair, therefore minimizing the risk of thermal damage to expensive SMD ICs and warping of expensive multilayer PCBs. Additionally it also speeds up the rework/repair process.

Why bottom Preheating is recommended ?
Today’s electronics design has higher density of expensive devices on the multilayer PCBs which inherently require gentle pre-heating of PCBs to avoid thermal damaging of expensive SMD ICs, and also must avoid warping of PCBs.
If pre-heating is not used, it can lead to pad lifting, delamination, warping and burning of expensive PCBs & large SMD ICs during rework/repair. Beside these visible defects, the invisible defects like internal layer cracking etc. will also result if pre-heating is not used.
To avoid above failures, PCBs will normally need even pre-heating around 120°C on bottom side while reworking. The Pre-heater model IHP400 serves this purpose. PCBs are heated evenly and gently from bottom side for safe reworking of SMD ICs.
