It is equipped with a high-precision stepper motor control that enables precise trajectory dispensing, with a repeat accuracy of 0.02mm and resolution of 0.01mm.

The robot offers independent dispensing speed and time settings, which provide flexibility for different applications, and can be programmed using a hand-held pendant for faster and easier programming. It also features a variety of dispensing needles, syringes, dispensing valve, and a controller, which can be customized to meet specific requirements.

The IDF-101A liquid dispensing system is a controller for a dispensing head, designed to inject a variety of fluids and pastes such as Red Gel, Yellow Gel, Epoxy Resin, Solder, Silica Gel, and Soldering Fluid. It features a timer control to dispense at regular time and quantity to ensure the same glue or paste quantity each time.

The system allows for the selection of the right nozzles, setting the right injection time and pressure, and changing the injection time and quantity. It has 16 dispensing modes, and the dispensing time is adjustable between 0.01 and 99.99 seconds, with a time interval of 0.1 to 9.9 seconds. The minimum injection dosage is 0.01ml.

The input air pressure is between 35 and 100 PSI (0.25-0.7 MPA), and the output air pressure is between 1 and 100 PSI (0.01-0.7 MPa). The dimensions of the system are 238(L) x 150(W) x 60(H) mm, and it weighs approximately 1.7 kg.
