These ESD Mats create ESD Safe environment against the damage caused by static charges to sensitive SMD circuits. Low quality type ESD Safe Rubber Mats normally breaks when twisted or bent accidentally, but our ESD Safe Rubber Mats do not break when twisted or bent even if you bend forcefully.

2-Layer ESD Rubber Mats have a top layer of static dissipative rubber layer laminated to a black conductive rubber bottom layer. Surface resistitivity of the top layer is 10⁶Ω ~ 10⁹Ω and the bottom layer is 10³Ω ~ 10⁵Ω. Our 2-Layer ESD Rubber Mats are resistant to commonly used solvents in electronics assembly/repair work.

These Table Mats are strongly recommended as first basic requirement when setting up ESD Safe Workstation for electronic assembly/repair/ field servicing. ESD Safe working environment is neccessary to protect expensive micro-electronic devices.
